Allied is very excited to now be part of the CTL Engineering family of companies, through an acquisition completed in December of 2023. Allied will continue to operate as Allied Environmental Services, Inc. Our customers will experience no change or interruption in service, billing, project scheduling or project management. Allied will maintain the same corporate address, Federal Tax ID, ISNetworld member number, BWC ID and safety stats. There will be no changes to our management or field personnel. Allied's customers will continue to be served by the same administrative team, Project Managers, Field Supervisors and field crews they have come to trust. In fact, with the resources of the CTL team, Allied can now provide a larger suite of services under the same umbrella. Great things are coming!

(Official announcement from CTL Engineering)
CTL Engineering is extremely pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Allied Environmental Services, Inc., a former client and subcontractor of CTL. The acquisition expands CTL Engineering’s service offerings and will strengthen the presence of both companies in the Northwest Ohio region through fresh perspectives, expertise, and talent sharing.
“While acquisitions always require careful thought and consideration, Allied Environmental already shares many of the same values as CTL Engineering, including a commitment to delivering services of the highest quality and a business ethos rooted in strong relationships. We anticipate that both companies will contribute valuable benefits to our overall organization,” said CEO CK Satyapriya.
Both companies have been successful and profitable for many years. The acquisition offers a new opportunity to combine the civil, geotechnical and environmental engineering expertise of CTL with the industrial maintenance and environmental field service capabilities of Allied Environmental to offer a broader suite of service offerings under one umbrella.
“We couldn’t be more excited to be joining the CTL family of companies,” said Steve Carr, Allied CEO. “Allied and CTL have a long history of working together and partnering on projects, so both companies were quite familiar with each other leading into the acquisition. We certainly view this acquisition as a great opportunity for corporate growth.”
Mutual clients of CTL and Allied Environmental have included Cargill, Honda, Marathon Petroleum and Pratt Paper.
Allied Environmental has provided professional environmental field services and industrial cleaning and maintenance to private industry, government, and military facilities, municipalities, schools, and hospitals for 36 years.
